ABOUT THE PAINTING
In the painting, I took inspiration from a place here in Northern Sweden outside of Umeå.

I have painted the tree trunks which I photographed from the place and have printed pine branches directly on the painting. I´ve also  used the ashes in the wood stove from the cabin we lived in which I created pigments from to use in my painting.

The original painting is painted with:
- Green soil, stone
- Coal and ash
- Acrylic paints
- Details with acrylic pencils and oil pastels
- Pine twigs have been picked from the ground and are printed on the canvas

ABOUT ART PRINT
- Printed locally just outside of Umeå on a 200 gram fully matte, warm toned art paper with a light texture. The paper is called Hahnemühle Photo Matt Fiber and gives a softer feel than an off-white paper
- Comes without frame
- 2 cm white border around the print
- Available in a limited edition of 30 copies per motif
- Available in two sizes 70x50 and 100x70
- Signed and stamped with an embossing press on the front of the print where it says the number of the edition.

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently, so your painting may differ slightly in color from the image you see on your screen. I try to edit the image as close to the original as possible.

NOTE that original paintings sent from outside of Sweden are only available with rolled-up shipping! You need to go to your local framer to get it stretch up.
